Benedict designs, builds, and optimizes the firm’s client-service technology. He translates business goals into secure, user-friendly workflows that improve client intake, streamline follow-ups, and provide attorneys with clear, actionable data. Benedict thrives in agile environments and ensures the firm’s tools stay aligned with modern design and analytics practices.

Benedict earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2001 and is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technologies, especially artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, and continually levels up the firm’s automation playbook, one experiment at a time.
